Oritseseundede Testimonial
We are excited to share the inspiring success story of Seun, a remarkable young boy who has overcome significant challenges following his diagnosis of autism and ADHD at just two years old. This diagnosis brought uncertainty to our family, but we understood that early intervention was critical, and finding the right environment for Seun was our top priority. Our journey led us to Elim-bridge Autism & Neurodevelopmental Foundation (EanF), a decision that transformed our lives.
From the very first therapy session, we witnessed a remarkable change in Seun. The structured programs and personalized attention he received helped him make incredible strides in his cognitive, social, and communication skills. The dedicated therapists and educators at EanF fostered a nurturing environment that allowed Seun to flourish at his own pace.
EanF maintained open communication with us, providing regular updates and involving us in tracking his developmental milestones. Over time, we saw significant improvements in Seun’s focus, peer interactions, and speech. He became more confident and independent, exceeding our expectations from when he first began his journey.
The foundation laid at EanF proved invaluable when we relocated to the United Kingdom a year ago. The skills Seun developed made it easier for him to engage, express himself, and adapt to his new surroundings. He seamlessly integrated with his peers, thanks to the comprehensive support he received during his time at EanF.
The progress Seun made in such a short period felt almost miraculous; however, we know it was the result of unwavering dedication, patience, and the specialized care provided by the incredible team at EanF.
We are eternally grateful for the support and guidance Seun received, and we hope that sharing our testimonial encourages other families facing similar challenges to seek help.

Samuel Chimdiebube Okoronkwo's Journey with Autism
We are honoured to share the inspiring journey of our son, Samuel, who was born on October 29, 2011, and diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our initial concerns arose when we noticed delays in his speech and communication skills at the age of three. Despite seeking help from various specialists, we faced challenges in finding the right answers and support.
As Samuel grew older, additional symptoms became evident. By the age of five, he exhibited increased hyperactivity and restlessness. He struggled with self-feeding and toilet training, and we were alarmed by his persistent diaper dependence until he turned six. Sleep disturbances and a lack of awareness regarding safety further complicated our situation.
In 2018, our lives took a positive turn when I discovered the Elim-Bridge Autism and Neurodevelopment Foundation (EanF) through Facebook. With EanF located in Warri, where my sister resides, we made the decision to relocate Samuel in January 2018.
Today, I am thrilled to share Samuel’s remarkable progress:
- Enhanced Class Participation: Samuel now actively engages in class activities with a significant reduction in attention deficit symptoms.
- Improved Academic Performance: With the support provided in-class at EanF, Samuel’s academic achievements have soared.
- Reduced Hyperactivity: We have seen a marked decrease in hyperactivity and tantrums.
- Development of Self-Feeding and Communication Skills: Samuel has gained essential skills that promote his independence.
- Increased Independence: He now manages personal hygiene and daily routines with greater confidence.
- Heightened Safety Awareness: Samuel has developed a better understanding of danger and safety precautions.
- Elimination of Harmful Behaviours: We are grateful to report that behaviours such as biting, throwing himself, and screaming have been effectively addressed.
We are immensely grateful for the transformative impact EanF has had on Samuel’s life and our family as a whole. While our journey continues, we remain hopeful for what lies ahead. We share this testimony in hopes of encouraging other families facing similar challenges to seek support.
Thank you to the dedicated team at Elim-Bridge Autism and Neurodevelopment Foundation (EanF) for your unwavering commitment to helping children like Samuel thrive.

Richmond's Transformative Journey with EanF
Our son Richmond’s incredible journey with the Elim-Bridge Autism and Neurodevelopment Foundation (EanF) began when he was just two years old, following his autism diagnosis from our family pediatrician. While the news was initially overwhelming, we found strength in our pediatrician’s compassionate and urgent recommendation for early intervention. His personal experience as a parent of a child with autism added invaluable insight to his advice. He promptly connected us with Dr. Chijioke Nwokolo, the director of EanF, whose expertise has been pivotal in Richmond’s progress.
At the start, Richmond was non-verbal and struggled to communicate, which led to frustration for both him and our family. We often felt lost in trying to understand his needs, and his frequent meltdowns were distressing.
However, with the expert therapy provided by EanF, we began to witness remarkable changes. Over time, Richmond started to speak and express his needs more clearly. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I remained committed to his therapy, and soon Richmond began responding to questions and gaining independence in daily tasks.
Today, I am overjoyed to share that Richmond has been certified free from autism! After five years of intensive and continuous intervention at EanF, he no longer meets the criteria for autism. He is thriving academically in a mainstream school and is flourishing personally as well.
We are profoundly grateful for EanF’s unwavering support during our darkest moments. The dedication of the team has been extraordinary; they consistently engaged us in the process, guiding us on what steps to take next. Their support and guidance have been invaluable in our journey.
We celebrate Richmond’s success and hope that by sharing our story, we can inspire other families facing similar challenges to seek help.
To God be the glory!

A Miracle Unfolding in Our Autism Journey
My son’s autism diagnosis at two years and two months was an overwhelming moment for our family. As a mother, I couldn’t help but worry about my younger child’s potential risk and felt anxious about future pregnancies. However, our doctor’s bold referral to Dr. Chijioke Nwokolo at Elim-Bridge Autism and Neurodevelopment Foundation (EanF) marked the beginning of a transformative journey filled with hope.
The assessment confirmed our fears: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In that moment, tears flowed freely, but Dr. Chijioke’s emphasis on the importance of early intervention ignited a spark of hope within us. Within just one year of intensive therapy, we were astonished by our son’s progress. He spoke his first words, calling us “Mummy” and “Daddy,” and shortly after, he began to make requests. Tears of joy became a regular occurrence as I witnessed my little boy triumph over the challenges posed by autism.
Today, I am overjoyed to share that our son is thriving as a Primary One student. He reads with ease, excels in simple math, and leads a typical life filled with joy and learning.
We are eternally grateful to God for His provision and guidance, to our physician for the timely referral, and to Dr. Chijioke and the dedicated team at EanF for their passion, commitment, and professionalism. Their expertise and unwavering support rekindled our hope during difficult times, and we celebrate our son’s miraculous progress together.
Thank you, EanF, for being a beacon of light in our journey!
